Founded by Sherrie Hoover, AGACNP-BC, a board-certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years of experience in emergency medicine, intensive care, and wound care, our practice brings expert urgent and routine medical care directly to your home.
Now serving Georgia and South Carolina, our dedicated Practitioners provides high-quality, in-home care—removing the stress and wait times of traditional office visits and urgent care centers. Whether you're managing a chronic condition, recovering from illness, dealing with an urgent issue, or seeking proactive wellness support, we offer customized, evidence-based care designed to fit your lifestyle.
Beyond her clinical expertise, Sherrie is a devoted wife and mother of four, who enjoys travel, music, animals, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs with her family.

Tommy is a proud graduate of Trinity University, where he laid the foundation for a lifelong commitment to service and leadership in the healthcare field. With over 21 years of experience as a Nationally Registered Paramedic, Tommy has provided critical care in high-pressure environments, earning a reputation for excellence, reliability, and compassion.
He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and co-owner of Savannah Response Medics, where he leads with a strong vision for innovation in pre-hospital care and emergency medical services. Under his guidance, the organization has grown to become a trusted provider of high-quality medical response in the region.
Tommy is also a veteran of the United States Air Force, where he served with distinction. His military background instilled in him the values of discipline, teamwork, and a commitment to serving others — principles that continue to guide his professional and personal life.
Beyond his professional achievements, Tommy is a dedicated family man. He is married to his loving wife and is the proud father of five wonderful children, who keep him grounded and inspired. In his free time, he enjoys hunting and fishing, finding peace and renewal in the outdoors.
